These terms govern use of this website and engagement with Clawesome Labs for consulting and implementation services related to OpenClaw and related automation.
Customer policies
Our refund, delivery, cancellation, dispute, and payment policies are part of doing business with us and are written to align with common payment-platform and card-network expectations. If anything in those policies conflicts with a signed statement of work or order for a specific engagement, the signed or accepted document controls.
Services
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your order, statement of work, or invoice. OpenClaw and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
No guarantee of results
Outcomes depend on your data, integrations, and how systems are used. We describe representative experience on this site for illustration; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
Third-party quotes
Public quotes from executives or companies refer to industry trends or products (e.g. OpenClaw). They do not imply endorsement of Clawesome Labs by those parties unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawesome Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services. Direct liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
